How to choose the Electric Chain Hoist:

1 First of all, the workmanship of the exterior should be fine, the paint should be uniform, and the external structure should be fine enough. If a manufacturer is even rough in appearance, then it is conceivable that the internal performance is not good. We look at the overall level of detail from a nice appearance to see if it reaches the level of craftsmanship.

2 The influence of different raw materials on the performance of the equipment is very different, so the performance of the material directly affects the overall performance of the equipment.

3 In the process of purchasing, the user will make a preliminary judgment on the performance of the raw materials in some obvious welding joints, in addition to checking whether some welding processes are good.

4 After the external inspection, further check the compactness and tightness of each fitting, and whether the assembly process between the components of the equipment is tight. If the assembly of the equipment is rough, the failure rate is relatively large.
